Rescue Stories: Meet Negrita!

- Approximate age: 9 years old
- Personality: Active and ready to play, a very good listener ☀️ always a good companion. She helps us welcome the pups and introduces them to the pack. She serves as Chief Princess Cinderella Officer here at Fit & Go Pets 💕
Rescue Story: Negrita was found in August 2021 in Miami at the intersection of 87th Ave and Flagler Street. Negrita, a courageous canine, was found attempting to navigate the busy street. Marvin, who used to work here at Fit and Go Pets, brought Negrita to us. Since then, Negrita has become an integral part of our resident and cherished member of the Fit & Go family. Her story, intertwined with that of Rosie, radiates inspiration, even becoming emblematic of some of our branding icons.
The greatest lesson: The greatest lesson derived from Negrita's journey is the unparalleled bond shared with a rescued dog. Their transformative potential is boundless: from entering our lives scared and disoriented, to blossoming with love into confident pups who unwittingly take the reins. They find a special place in our hearts and within every corner of Abuela's House.
A piece of advice: A valuable piece of advice for anyone considering adopting a rescue is to be prepared for the undeniable charm and affection they bring. Once they capture your heart, there's no turning back, and the connection forged is priceless.
What I wish I had known: Dogs come in all colors, sizes, and personalities, enriching your life in unexpected ways. Embrace the journey with an open heart and flexibility, as the rewards of everlasting love, care, and responsibility are immeasurable and truly worth it.
