These Terms and Conditions, effective February 1, 2026, apply to all individuals who own or represent the owner(s) of dog(s) (“Owner”) who inquire about, subscribe to, book services, or make purchases from Fit and Go Pets, LLC (F&G Pets). Established to uphold transparency and excellence in business practices, these Terms and Conditions reflect F&G Pets’ commitment to providing a trusted and high-quality experience for all users of its services.

  • Multi-Dog Homes: 15% off the second dog; applies to the lighter dog; dogs must live together.

  • Check in times:

    • Monday thru Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. / Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

    • Sunday: Available upon request at booking, $20 per dog; check in must be from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Check out times:

    • Monday–Saturday: Before 2:30 p.m. / After 2:30 p.m., a $30 late check out fee per dog applies.

    • Sunday: Available upon request at booking, $40 per dog; check out must be from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Extended Stay: Nightly rate remains the same if stay is extended after booking is confirmed.

  • Cancellation: A one (1) night penalty applies if canceled less than 48 hours before the start of the stay.

  • Peak Season: When booking a stay during Peak Season, an additional $6 per night will apply.

  • Payment: Due at the time of booking request.

  • Baths Requirements: Basic baths are required in most cases for sanitation purposes. The minimum number of baths required varies depending on the length of the stay. One (1) Basic Bath is required for a stay of 5 nights and up. At least two (2) Basic Baths are required for bookings of more than 20 nights. Prices may change due to, but not limited to the dog’s weight, coat’s condition (i.e. matted coat) and length and behavior.

      REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK SERVICES

      F&G Pets requires the following before any booking is confirmed:

      1. Updated vaccine records (Rabies, Bordetella and Distemper)

      2. Signed Service Agreement UPDATED February 1, 2026

      3. Signed Terms and Conditions UPDATED February 1, 2026

      4. Spay/neuter certification from a veterinarian (females by 7 months or first heat, males by 12 months); and F&G Pets reserves the right to accept or deny services

        BOARDING SERVICE

        Payment

        Payment is due at the time of booking request. Owner should add a valid payment card to the online account in order for F&G Pets to make the necessary charges. Every second dog will receive a 15% off (discount is on the lightest dog; must live in the same household). Dogs may be weighted at our facility from time to time to confirm weight. Pricing is available on the F&G Pets website.

        General Check In

        Check in for boarding may be at any time during our front desk hours; Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Sunday check in may be requested when booking. A $20 fee per dog applies and check in must be between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

        General Check Out

        Check out for boarding may be Monday thru Saturday before 2:30 p.m.; after that time a $30 late check out fee per dog will apply. A daycare pass from an available daycare membership will be used in lieu of the $30 late check out fee. The $30 late check out fee will be waived if the boarding booking includes transportation (drop off) service. Sunday check out may be requested when booking. A $40 fee per dog applies and check out must be between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. 

        Before Hours Check In

        F&G may allow a before hours check in on an exceptional basis; if approved, a fee will apply Monday-Friday $15 with check in starting at 6:45 a.m. and Saturday $20 with check in starting at 7:45 a.m.

        After Hours Check Out

        If you arrive late when picking up for any of our services, you will be charged an after hours fee; Monday-Friday $15 when the dog is picked up between 7:01 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. On Saturdays you will be charged an after hours fee of $25 when the dog is picked up between 5:01 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. Any dog not picked up at 7:16 p.m. and 5:16 p.m., respectively, will have to be boarded for a night at Owner’s expense.

        Extension and Early Check Out

        A boarding stay may be extended at a moment’s notice, pending availability; however, the nightly rate for the additional night(s) will remain the price of the original booking. A stay may be reduced at a moment’s notice (early check out); however, the nightly rate will be adjusted according to the pricing chart and any excess payment will remain as a credit for future use, not refunded. Owner will be responsible for all applicable fees tied to the new check out day/time.

        Peak Season 

        When booking a stay during Peak Season, an additional $6 per night will apply. 

        Transportation

        F&G Pets' transportation service must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Pick-ups take place between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and drop-offs between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Service is available Monday through Friday, with limited availability on Saturdays and no service on Sundays. Routes are planned in advance, and estimated service times may vary due to traffic, events, weather, or other unforeseen delays. While we strive to accommodate special requests, we reserve the right to determine the final service timeframe. Owner must ensure access to their home and dog beforehand, providing clear entry instructions and any special requests. If the home or dog is inaccessible for more than 15 minutes after the driver arrives, F&G Pets reserves the right to leave, and the Owner will still be charged for the service.

        Baths Requirements

        Basic baths are required in most cases for sanitation purposes. The minimum number of baths required varies depending on the length of the stay. One (1) Basic Bath is required for a stay of 5 nights and up. At least two (2) Basic Baths are required for bookings of more than 20 nights. Prices may change due to, but not limited to, the dog’s weight, coat’s condition (i.e. matted coat) and length and behavior. 

        Cancellation

        Confirmed booked services may be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Services not canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service, Owner will be subject to a penalty. When booking is canceled less than 48 hours in advance of the start of the stay, a penalty of one (1) night will apply and the rest will remain as a credit for future use, not refunded. F&G Pets reserves the right to cancel services at any time, with notice to Owner, in the case of heavy rain, inclement weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.

        Notifications

        Owner will be notified of any service bookings and purchases at fitandgopets.com (Owner’s account) and by email. If Owner did not intend to book or purchase what is described in the Owner’s account and/or email sent, please call or email immediately.

        DAYCARE SERVICE 

        Payment

        Payment is due at the time of booking request. Owner should add a valid payment card to the online account in order for F&G Pets to make the necessary charges. Single passes and a variety of daycare membership options are available. Pricing and membership expiration information is available on the F&G Pets website. Purchased daycare services are non-transferable and non-refundable.

        Check In/Out

        Check in time for daycare is at any time during our Location & Hours.

        Daycare Membership Expiration

        Unlimited Monthly Membership, 1-day, 5-day and 10-day memberships expire 30 days from purchase date; 15-day membership expires 60 days from purchase date; 30-day membership expires 90 days from purchase date. F&G Pets reserves the right to void non-rendered service credits on accounts that have been inactive for 60 days or more, as of December 31, 2024.

        Unlimited Monthly Membership:

        The Unlimited Monthly Membership is priced per individual dog. Households with more than one dog must purchase a separate Unlimited Monthly Membership for each dog. Each enrolled dog is entitled to unlimited access to services under its own individual monthly plan. This membership is time-based and valid for a one-month period, not session- or pass-based. The membership automatically renews and is due for payment on the same calendar day each month as the original purchase date.

        Daycare Membership Perk

        Daycare membership holders may enjoy exclusive perks based on their active plan. Unlimited Monthly Membership holders get full access 7 days a week, including holidays, with no promo code required. 1-day, 5-day, 10-day, 15-day, and 30-day membership holders receive 10% off Bath Basic and Bath & Tidy services, as well as 10% off Peak Season rates using promo code MEMBER.

        Daycare Membership Expiration Extension

        Owner may request to extend the expiration date of a daycare membership when an unforeseen circumstance arises such as a medical condition, illness or injury. In order to request it, Owner must notify F&G via online account and attach relevant documentation that may temporarily prevent the dog from utilizing our facility and services. F&G will extend a daycare membership’s expiration date for a maximum of 90 days, depending on the specific condition and expected recovery time.

        GROOMING SERVICE 

        (Grooming - By Appointment ONLY)

        Payment

        Payment is due at the time of booking request. Owner should add a valid payment card to the online account in order for F&G Pets to make the necessary charges. Pricing is available on the F&G Pets website. Prices may change due to, but not limited to, the dog’s weight, coat’s condition (i.e. matted coat) and length and behavior.

        Appointments

        Grooming services are provided by appointment ONLY. Grooming services can be booked online at fitandgopets.com. If the dog is coming only for grooming services, Owner will be advised of the approximate time of service and will be notified once the dog is ready. The dog should be picked up within an hour, otherwise, a $15 fee per dog will apply.

        TRAINING SERVICES

        Payment

        Payment is due at the time of booking request. Owners must add a valid payment card to their online account to allow F&G Pets to process applicable charges. Training services are sold as session-based session packs and are not auto-renewing unless expressly stated in writing. All purchased training services are non-transferable and non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

        Training Evaluation

        A training evaluation is required prior to enrolling in any training service, including Service Animal Support for Certification. The evaluation is intended to assess the dog’s behavior, suitability for training services, and to determine whether F&G Pets’ training programs are an appropriate fit for the dog and Owner. F&G Pets reserves the right to decline training services if, in its sole discretion, the dog is not a suitable candidate for the requested program.

        Training Session Packs

        Training session packs are priced per individual dog. Separate session packs are required for each dog within a household. Training session packs must be used within the stated validity period in order to promote consistent progress and results. Any unused sessions remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited. Session packs do not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes.

        Training Sessions Expiration & Extensions

        F&G Pets reserves the right to void unused training credits on accounts with no completed or scheduled training session within the preceding sixty (60) days. Owners may request a one-time extension due to documented unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, injury, or medical conditions affecting the dog or Owner). Extension requests must be submitted through the Owner’s online account and include supporting documentation. If approved, extensions may be granted for up to ninety (90) days at F&G Pets’ discretion based on the circumstances and expected recovery timeline. Approval of extensions is not guaranteed.

        Training Add-On Services

        Training add-on services are optional and may be purchased separately or in conjunction with a training session pack. Availability, pricing, and scheduling of add-on services are subject to trainer availability and operational capacity.

        Session Scheduling

        All training sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to trainer availability. Upon purchase, Owners are responsible for scheduling all purchased sessions promptly. All sessions must be completed within the applicable validity period. Sessions not used within the validity period will expire and be forfeited. Requests to reschedule or modify a scheduled session must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and approval. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session may be treated as a late cancellation and will result in forfeiture of one (1) session.

        Session Attendance

        Owners are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the trainer’s discretion. If an Owner arrives more than ten (10) minutes late, the session may be considered canceled and one (1) session will be forfeited. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of one (1) session.

        Transportation (Training Services)

        Transportation for training services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Pick-ups occur between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and drop-offs between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with limited availability on Saturdays and no service on Sundays. If access to the home or dog is not available within 15 minutes of arrival, the service will still be charged.

        Cancellation Policy

        Training sessions may be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of one (1) training session. F&G Pets reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided whenever possible.

        Service Animal Support for Certification (Evaluation Required; No Guarantee)
        This service provides structured training guidance and support based on trainer evaluation. F&G Pets does not guarantee certification, qualification, eligibility, registration, approval, or acceptance by any third party, including but not limited to landlords, housing providers, airlines, governmental entities, or other organizations. Owners acknowledge that final determinations regarding service animal status are made solely by applicable third parties or governing bodies.

        VET VISIT SERVICE 

        (Vet Visits - By Appointment ONLY)

        Payment

        Payment is due at the time of booking request. Owner should add a valid payment card to the online account in order for F&G Pets to make the necessary charges. Pricing is available on the F&G Pets website. Service charges and vet charges will apply. 

        Appointments

        Vet visits need to be scheduled in advance and can be booked online at fitandgopets.com. 

        MEET AND GREETS 

        (Meet and Greets - By Appointment ONLY)

        Payment 

        Meet and Greets, or tours of the facility, are free of charge and provided as a courtesy to customers.

        Appointments 

        Meet and Greets, or tours of the facility, need to be scheduled in advance. Meet and Greets can be booked online at fitandgopets.com.

        DENTAL CLEANING EVENTS

        (Non-Anesthetic Pet Dental Cleaning - By Appointment ONLY)

        Payment

        Payment is due at the time of booking request. Owner should add a valid payment card to the online account in order for F&G Pets to make the necessary charges. Pricing is available on the F&G Pets website. 

        Appointments 

        Dental cleaning services need to be scheduled in advance and can be booked online at fitandgopets.com.

        Cancellation

        Confirmed booked dental services may be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Services not canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service, or if there is a no show, Owner will be subject to a cancellation fee of $45 per dog. The cancellation fee does not apply if the service is declined by the dental technician due to the dog's behavior, needs, or other recommendations.

        PRODUCTS

        By purchasing products from F&G Pets, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. Orders are subject to availability, and prices are listed in USD, excluding taxes and shipping fees. Payments are required at checkout, and once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Products may be returned within 30 days if unused and unopened, with refunds issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you cover return shipping costs. Defective products must be reported within 7 days for replacement or refund. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and any disputes will be resolved under Florida law through binding arbitration.         REFUNDS

        To request a refund for purchased services, the Owner must provide written notice to F&G Pets via email at woof@fitandgopets.com. F&G Pets reserves the right to review the request and, at its discretion, either approve or deny the refund. 

        INFORMATION WE COLLECT

        F&G Pets may collect personal information from Owner through various means, including our website (www.fitandgopets.com) and email communications. This information is used to contact Owner about current or upcoming services. Additionally, we may use this information, and share it with trusted third parties, for research on the effectiveness of our services, marketing, advertising, and sales efforts, including customer reviews. F&G Pets will not sell or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes without the Owner's explicit consent.

        We may also disclose aggregate, anonymous data based on information collected from Owner to investors or potential partners. This data will be purely statistical, and no personally identifiable information will be shared. In the event that F&G Pets is sold, ownership of the collected information may be transferred to the new owner, but any third-party service providers will be required to protect the data with the same level of care as F&G Pets. 

        LEGALLY REQUIRED DISCLOSURES

        While we strive to protect your privacy, F&G Pets may be required by law to disclose personal information. This could include compliance with judicial proceedings, court orders, subpoenas, or other legal processes. Additionally, F&G Pets may disclose personal information if it is deemed necessary to protect its rights or if disclosure is essential for national security, law enforcement, or other matters of public importance. 

        PROMOTIONS

        Owner may receive newsletters, emails, or text messages from F&G Pets regarding new products, services, and special promotions. We respect your privacy and allow you to opt-out of these promotional communications at any time.

        However, it may be necessary to send service-related notifications, such as temporary service suspensions or cancellations. These are strictly service-related, and opting out is generally not permitted for these essential notifications.

        MESSAGES & DATA RATES MAY APPLY

        Description of the Program: F&G Pets provides updates, special promotions, service-related notifications, and important information about the services and products it provides via email and SMS to enhance the experience of our customers and their pets.

        Message Frequency & Timing: Owner may receive messages periodically, with frequency varying based on current promotions, service updates, and interactions with F&G Pets. Messages will be sent at different moments throughout the week, ensuring timely and relevant communication.

        Pricing Information: Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS communications. Please check with your wireless provider for specific details about your plan.

        Customer Support Information: For any questions, concerns, or assistance, please contact Fit & Go Pets at woof@fitandgopets.com or call 1-888-691-9461.

        Opt-Out Information: You can opt out of receiving future messages at any time, simply reply "STOP" to any message, and we will confirm your unsubscription.
