Extended Stay:
Nightly rate remains the same if stay is extended after booking is confirmed.
Cancellation:
A one (1) night penalty applies if canceled less than 48 hours before the start of the stay.
Peak Season:
When booking a stay during Peak Season, an additional $6 per night will apply.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICE INFO
Pick-Up Window: 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Drop-Off Window: 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Service Days: Monday through Friday; Limited availability on Saturdays; No service on Sundays.
Booking Requirement: Service must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Routes: Routes are pre-planned; service times may vary due to traffic, weather, events, or other unforeseen delays. We strive to accommodate special requests, but final service times and details are at the discretion of F&G Pets.
Home Access: Owners must ensure home access and provide clear entry instructions and any special requests in advance. If the home or dog is inaccessible for more than 15 minutes after driver arrival, service will be marked as complete and charged accordingly.
