Our dog boarding in Miami is designed to be stress-free, comfortable, and easy for busy pet parents. To help you plan your pup’s stay with us, here’s a quick overview of our boarding policies, check-in and check-out times, discounts, and fees. Everything is organized so your dog’s time with us is smooth, safe, and enjoyable.
- Morning: Rise and shine! Our team greets the pups and leads them to the outdoor play areas for a morning potty break.
- Breakfast time! After returning inside, they enjoy a delicious meal.
- Then, they head back to the outdoor play areas for all the fun and excitement! Our furry guests enjoy water play and sunbathing every day!
- Noon: Pups get a snack, if needed, followed by a reenergizing two-hour nap indoors.
- Then, they get back to the play areas, indoors or outdoors, depending on your dog's needs and preferences.
- Afternoon: Time for dinner and wind down.
- Evening: Pups get a last potty break and head to bed for a restful night's sleep.
Rest assured, our dedicated staff provides plenty of affectionate snuggles, ensuring each dog feels loved and at home during their stay with us. Tell us if your dog has any special needs.
Multi-Dog Homes: 15% off the second dog; applies to the lighter dog; dogs must live together.
Check in times:
- Monday thru Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. / Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Sunday: Available upon request at booking, $20 per dog; check in must be from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Check out times:
- Monday–Saturday: Before 2:30 p.m. / After 2:30 p.m., a $30 late check out fee per dog applies.
- Sunday: Available upon request at booking, $40 per dog; check out must be from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Extended Stay: Nightly rate remains the same if stay is extended after booking is confirmed.
Cancellation: A one (1) night penalty applies if canceled less than 48 hours before the start of the stay.
Peak Season: When booking a stay during Peak Season, an additional $6 per night will apply.
Payment: Due at the time of booking request.

PREPARING FOR BOARDING AT FIT & GO PETS
PACK FOOD IN ZIPLOCK BAGS PER MEAL (AM / PM):: Food packed in Ziploc bags per meal (AM / PM) labeled with pet’s name, date, and AM / PM. Make sure to update the feeding instructions on your pet's profile before check in. House food is offered at an extra charge.
YOU MAY BRING ONE SMALL ITEM **DON’T BRING OVERSIZED ITEMS OR BEDS**:: Beds, blankets and bowls are provided for your convenience.
UPDATE ALLERGY INFORMATION:: Make sure to update allergies, if any, on your pet's profile before check in.
BRING CALMING VEST OR MEDICATION (if needed):: Make sure to provide a calming vest or medication if your dog is afraid of thunder and/or fireworks.
PROVIDE MEDICATION INSTRUCTIONS (if needed):: Make sure to update the medications instructions, if any, on your pet's profile before check in.
NOTE BEHAVIOR:: Please let us know if your dog cannot be around any size dogs or if he/she has any behavior that we need to be watchful of.

We require the following before any booking is confirmed:
1. Updated vaccine records (Rabies, Bordetella and Distemper)

Our facility is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and limited access on Sundays. For boarding check-in or check-out outside these hours please contact us in advance for special arrangements.
