Update on Coronavirus - We're Open!
The coronavirus (COVID-19) is changing our lives in ways we never imagined. No matter how things continue to evolve, the very thing we want is for all to stay safe. Keep reading to learn what we are doing during this time.
We continue to serve our community as there is no evidence that pets such as dogs and cats have infected humans with the coronavirus – the World Health Organization (WHO).

We are open and fully operational. You may be wondering why. The reason is very simple: our Fit and Go Pets family heavily relies on us to care for their dogs. Furthermore, a great number of our customers are doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals. We owe it to them and all of our customers who need help during this time. We have canceled events at our facility to help prevent the spread of the illness.
-
Any team member that becomes ill will be required to stay home until he/she is cleared from a doctor to return to work. We have asked our team members to stay home, wash their hands frequently and avoid social gatherings when they are off duty. We are committed to taking care of our team.
-
Rest assured that we continue to monitor the situation and take preventative measures to keep our dogs, customers and staff healthy. We are going beyond our routine sanitation processes to ensure upmost protection. Here are some of the things we have been doing since early this week: Deep cleaning all areas 2x daily, Thoroughly sanitizing high traffic areas every hour and Hand washing every hour.
-
We are relaxing our bookings cancelation policy to give the flexibility customers need during these times of uncertainty.
In these challenging times, we will continue to support you and your family in every way possible. Please know we are here for you. We will keep you updated on everything regarding Fit and Go Pets. Sincerely, Mayrena and Aimee Owners, Fit and Go Pets
