- Reinforced Facility: Our facility is equipped with commercial-grade hurricane impact windows and doors to minimize storm noise, such as thunder and lightning.
- Backup Power: We have a generator to ensure the A/C and refrigerator remain operational in the event of a neighborhood power outage.
- Emergency Staffing Plan: Our dedicated team is ready to stay on-site overnight if necessary, ensuring your pets are safe and comfortable throughout any situation.
What Pet Owners Need to Know

Plan Ahead: With the storm approaching, traffic may be heavy. We encourage you to drop off or pick up your pets earlier to avoid delays, as transportation schedules may change with little notice.
