Morning Play and Potty
Each morning we greet every pup by name and head to the play yard for a potty break and fun. After stretching, it’s breakfast with their personalized meals. Then it’s back to indoor or outdoor play for more exercise. In Miami’s warm weather, many pups love to cool off with splash sessions, because it’s Miami!
Afternoon Activities and Rest
By midday, even the most energetic pups need a break. We offer a light snack and a refreshing indoor nap in a climate-controlled space. In the afternoon, playtime resumes with group games, toys, and safe indoor or outdoor activities, always supervised with plenty of care and attention.
Evening Wind-Down
As the day cools down, pups enjoy a final potty break and dinner served to their routine. After calm play or cuddle time, they settle into cozy private suites with comfy beds and favorite toys. We tuck them in for sleep around 9–10 p.m., with late-night checks and supervision for peace of mind.

Multi-Dog Homes:
15% off the second dog; applies to the lighter dog; dogs must live together.

Monday thru Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. / Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: Available upon request at booking, $20 per dog; check in must be from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Check out times:
Monday–Saturday: Before 2:30 p.m. / After 2:30 p.m., a $30 late check out fee per dog applies.
Sunday: Available upon request at booking, $40 per dog; check out must be from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Extended Stay:
Nightly rate remains the same if stay is extended after booking is confirmed.
Cancellation:
A one (1) night penalty applies if canceled less than 48 hours before the start of the stay.
Peak Season:
When booking a stay during Peak Season, an additional $6 per night will apply.
Payment:
Due at the time of booking request.

Book a Meet & Greet or daycare trial before boarding so your pup feels comfortable and knows you’ll return. A trial makes the space familiar and fun, and you can tour our facility and meet the team.

2. Pack Your Dog’s Food (and Optional Comfort Item):
Bring your dog’s usual food pre-portioned and labeled to avoid tummy issues. We have bowls and fridges for fresh food. Add a small comfort item like a toy or shirt, but skip large beds, we provide cozy bedding.

Ensure vaccines (Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper) are current and share records with us. Update us on allergies, medications (in original containers), or anxiety aids like a calming vest so we can keep your pup comfortable.

Tell us about any quirks or behavior needs, like size preferences, guarding, or jumping, so we can tailor playgroups and supervision. The more we know, the safer and happier your pup’s stay will be.

Stay calm and upbeat at drop-off, and keep goodbyes short. We’ll distract your pup with treats and care. You can call for updates anytime, and we’ll contact you if needed. Otherwise, expect happy photo updates!
